How many tables will I need?
When you're ready to start planning your table decor, reach out to our team to create a sample layout for the barn. We'll need to know how many seats are at your head table and the expected number of additional guests. For a more detailed arrangement, it’s helpful to understand what other tables you will need (bar, buffet, appetizer, coffee, gift, cards, guestbook, memorial, etc.). You can finalize the layout during your final walk-through.

Our team is here to assist you with your count. Absolutely! Sparkler send-offs are beautiful. Our staff will assist, but we do not provide sparklers. Please do not bring matches, our staff has propane torches to assist with lighting everyone's sparkler. Helpful tip: avoid sparklers covered in paper, as they create smoke that might spoil the photo op.
Can I light off fireworks?
Our insurance policy unfortunately prohibits the use of fireworks, Tiki torches, candle flames (with the exception of an insured catering service) and released lanterns. However, sparklers are allowed, but their use will need to be coordinated with our staff.
