PCF (Pioneer Creek Farm) staff will keep the bathrooms stocked and clean.
If alcohol will be served, insurance must be provided (easily obtained).
If liquor will be served, one of our Preferred Bartending Vendors must be used.
Tax is an additional 5.5%.
A refundable $100 damage deposit is required.
